Eating with the Four Phases of Your Cycle
Your body is cyclical, like the moon and the seasons. Here's a gentle, plant-based way to nourish yourself through each phase.

Your inner seasons
Beautiful soul, we aren't meant to feel the same every day. Many of us move through four inner seasons each month: winter, spring, summer and autumn. Tuning in to them is a deep act of self-love.
Research on "cycle syncing" is still limited, so think of this as a loving framework, not a strict rulebook. Listen to your own body first.
Menstrual (inner winter)
Rest, warmth and replenishing. Reach for iron-rich lentils, tofu and leafy greens with vitamin C, warm soups, ginger tea, and a little dark chocolate for magnesium. Yes, love, you're allowed.
Follicular (inner spring)
Energy rises. Fresh, light, vibrant foods: sprouts, citrus, salads, fermented foods like miso and tempeh, and oats with berries. A beautiful time to try new recipes.
Ovulatory (inner summer)
You're glowing and magnetic. Enjoy colorful vegetables, fiber-rich whole grains, quinoa, fruit and lots of water. Light, juicy, fun meals to share.
Luteal (inner autumn)
Your appetite may rise, and that's normal, your body uses a little more energy now. Comfort with nourishment: roasted sweet potatoes, brown rice, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds and leafy greens for magnesium, which may ease PMS for some. Be extra gentle with yourself. Krystal x
