Vegan Pantry Essentials: Stock Your Kitchen for Delicious Living
The grains, legumes, sauces and spices I always keep on hand, so a beautiful vegan meal is always just minutes away.

A pantry full of possibility
Beautiful soul, there is something so satisfying about a pantry full of jars, colors and textures. When your kitchen is stocked with love, cooking becomes play, not stress. Here's what lives in mine.
Grains and legumes
Jasmine and brown rice, quinoa, rolled oats, soba and rice noodles, pasta. Red lentils, green or black lentils, chickpeas and black beans (dried and canned). These are the foundation of almost every meal.
Nuts, seeds and butters
Cashews (for creamy sauces!), almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, chia, ground flax, hemp hearts and sesame. Tahini and natural peanut butter for dressings, sauces and spoon-straight-from-the-jar moments.
Flavor makers
Soy sauce or tamari, miso, chili crisp, sriracha or sambal, coconut milk, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, nutritional yeast, toasted sesame oil, olive oil and vegetable stock.
Spices: cumin, coriander, turmeric, smoked paprika, garam masala, curry powder, cinnamon, cardamom, chili flakes and garlic powder. Fresh garlic, ginger, onions, lemons and limes on the counter always.
In the fridge and freezer
Firm tofu, tempeh, fortified soy milk, soy yogurt, frozen berries, frozen spinach and edamame. With these, love, you can make almost anything in this blog. Krystal x
